Details: Job Summary: Drivers for our Company (whether OTR, regional, or local) are the face and backbone of what we do and who we are. Drivers have frequent contact with both civilian, military, and corporate customers and are expected to be courteous, well groomed, and helpful. The primary function of this position is to load and transport household/corporate goods from one location to another. Fill Plant Operator/Back-up Driver
Details: Under the general supervision of the Plant Manager, the Fill Plant Operator/Back-up Driver is responsible for pre-fill inspections, filling of non-flammable gas including mixes, and includes the filling of medical, hydrogen and/or acetylene, complete production reports and follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures, may palletize cylinders and may include loading/unloading trucks, may be required to do cylinder maintenance, and order cylinder inventory and may also be required to be a backup driver. Errors could cause a high level of customer relations issues and high level of financial impact to the organization. Position requires individual to have math, reading, organizational, prioritization, computer skills, ability to write legibly, communication skills, and ability to operate a forklift, move cylinders with a hand cart, and may be required to have a Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement. Working condition is industrial setting and may require outdoor activities. This safety sensitive position requires ability to handle heavy work. As an Operation Technician at Williams, the successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, operating and maintaining equipment such as glycol dehydrators, cryogenic processing equipment, amine treating equipment, fired heaters, turbines, pumps, engines, compressors, gas processing pneumatic and electronic controls, and distributing process control systems. The Geismar olefins production facility, which annually produces approximately 1.3 billion pounds of ethylene and 90 million pounds of polymer grade propylene. A significant expansion is underway at Geismar that will increase the facility’s ethylene production capacity by 600 million pounds per year to a new annual capacity of 1.95 billion pounds. Responsibilities: Maintain equipment and performing maintenance and repairs on dehydration equipment, amine units, measurement equipment, pipeline equipment and right-of-ways, and all administrative functions associated with these duties Regulate flow, pressure and temperature of feedstock, products and chemicals. JOB SUMMARY: Perform nondestructive examination (NDE) testing using methods that are applicable to our product line. These methods include visual (VT), liquid penetrant (PT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and ultrasonic testing (UT) methods. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The NDE Technician will be qualified to properly perform specific calibrations, specific NDE testing, and specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and is responsible to record results. The NDE Technician will setup and calibrate equipment and interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications. TRAVEL: 0% EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years experience in nondestructive testing. SKILLS: Knowledge of applicable NDE codes, standards, and specifications. Ability to read and write English for instructions and recording of results. Ability to properly perform calibrations. Good judgment to interpret and evaluate results. Requires good report writing skills. Field Nurse Case Manager (RN)
Details: We are currently seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager (RN) in the Fox Valley, WI area. Responsible for assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals involved in the medical case management process. Working as an intermediary between carriers, attorneys, medical care providers, employers and employees, you will closely monitor the progress of the injured worker and report results back to the employer and insurance carrier. This will ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services leading to a medically rehabilitated individual who is ready to return to an optimal level of work and functioning. Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Using clinical/nursing skills to help coordinate the individual’s treatment program while maximizing cost containment. • Serving as an intermediary to interpret and educate the individual on his/her disability, and the treatment plan established by the case manager, physicians, and therapists. • Explaining physician’s and therapists’ instructions, and answers any other questions the claimant may have in an effort to facilitate his/her return to work. • Working with the physicians and therapists to set up medical assessments to develop an overall treatment plan that ensures cost containment while meeting state and other regulator’s guidelines. • Researching alternative treatment programs such as pain clinics, home health care, and work hardening. • Coordinating all aspects of the individual’s enrollment into the programs, and then monitors his/her progress, in an effort to maximize cost containment and minimize time away from work. • Working with employers on modifications to job duties based on medical limitations and the employees functional assessment. • May provide testimony on litigated cases. • Coordinating injured workers’ appointments and arranges and/or personally escorts him/her to the appointments. • Documenting and reporting all case activity for accurate case management and billing procedures. • Preparing detailed evaluation reports, as per account guidelines, and case recording documenting for each phase of activity as it is completed. • Reporting billing hours in accordance with case activity and billing practices. • Maintaining phone contact with all parties involved to monitor, update, and advance case activity to ensure the progress of the case. • Compiling a case inventory on a monthly basis for submission to the branch manager to allow for proper billing and to calculate hours for bonus purposes. • Completing insurance carrier reports on a monthly (or as required) basis, as well as other necessary paperwork for the insurance company, state, or other regulatory bodies. • Maintaining the necessary credentials and demonstrates a level of professionalism within the work place and in dealing with injured workers reflects positively on the company as a whole. • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of developments in the medical case management field. • Keeping abreast of local workers’ compensation laws and regulations, as well as other issues related to the case management/managed care industry.
