RHINELANDER - Today we learned 23-year-old Marcus Alsteens told police he couldn't remember what he and his uncle argued about Monday night. He said he may have even blacked out. But he told police he does know he shot his uncle- who now lays in St. Joseph's hospital- and hasn't woken up since. Full Story: WJFW

WAUSAU - If all illegal immigrants were removed from the state, Wisconsin would lose $2.6 billion in economic activity and almost 15,000 jobs. A group called Bibles, Badges, and Business used those numbers to push their message Wednesday in Wausau. Full Story: WJFW

EAGLE RIVER - You might want to lock your door at night if you're a business owner in Eagle River. Police want to know who carried out four burglaries. Three took place in the past three nights and one was about a month ago. The burglaries have targeted businesses in downtown Eagle River, all within about four blocks. Full Story: WJFW

MADISON - If you applied for a wolf permit, you'll find out soon if you get one. Wildlife officials start deciding this week which hunters and trappers will get a wolf permit. The DNR set this year's quota at 275 wolves. Full Story: WJFW

NATIONWIDE - Too many Americans sit in prison, many for drug crimes that maybe shouldn't have gotten them there. That's what U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder told the country on Monday. He gave federal prosecutors a new direction. Full Story: WJFW

WISCONSIN RAPIDS - We now know what killed a former police officer. The Wood County Deputy Coroner says Steven Lowe died after he shot himself in the chest several times with a nail gun. Full Story: WJFW
