PHELPS - A summer fishing trip might seem far away. But the Wounded Warriors in Action are already fundraising for a fishing trip for veterans in the Northwoods. They want to raise $10,000 to take six veterans on the trip in Phelps. Full story: WJFW

MADISON - The Assembly is scheduled to vote Tuesday on a constitutional amendment that could make Wisconsin one of five states that don't have a treasurer. Plans to abolish the secretary of state also have support in the Republican- controlled Legislature, but Republican Rep. Michael Schraa, of Oshkosh, says he wants to address the positions separately. BELOIT - A Beloit man is accused of stealing a car and leading police on a high speed chase - just two hours after he was released from the Rock County Jail. The Rock County Sheriff's Office says police got a call about a stolen car early Sunday, and a deputy spotted the vehicle traveling south on U.S. Highway 51 in Beloit Township. Full story: WJFW

MADISON - The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has created a mobile app to help those studying to obtain a commercial driver license. The free mobile app allows drivers studying for the CDL knowledge test to use their smartphones to quiz themselves. Full story: WJFW
