Details: Candidates will be wiring panels for various electrical systems from start to completion. They must be able to read blueprints and schematics and take a bare panel and perform layout, drilling, tapping, and wiring of all components. The candidate also needs to be able to interpret voltages to make sure projects and blue prints are correct. If a voltage is off they should be able to recognize the mistake and correct when need be. The candidate must be able to create custom panels. Individuals who are "Plug and Play" wirers will not be qualified. Need to be able to make 1 off panels and drill to assemble. The candidates will be expected to complete panels based on expected labor hours for each project. Some projects could be expected to last 8 hours, some could take 40. The will allow a slight learning curve. For a new person a job that should take an experienced employee 8 hours they will allow to the new employee to complete it in ten as long as they improve each time. Position available on 1st shift and $17-$18.
