This person will need to know how/when to suggest various testing tools and/or technologies and how they may impact the business as the needs change. Qualifications: Must have the technical fundamentals for performance testing as well as at least 6 years in Software Engineering and 4 years with mobile application performance testing to be able to build out the test plan and infrastructure.
