Test Driver

Details: Description: Kett Engineering is currently accepting applications candidates to be a weekend Test Driver on all three shifts at our customer location in California City, California. Successful candidates will drive and evaluate pre-production and prototype test vehicles on "real world" durability test routes as well as at a customer proving ground, conduct pre-trip safety inspections as required, perform specialized test procedures and document findings on driver report in clear and concise manner. We are looking for good, dependable, and safe drivers to test vehicles and their systems. If you are detail oriented, this is the perfect job for you. Shift hours are: 1st shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm 2nd shift: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm 3rd shift: 10:00 pm to 6:30 am This is a testing program that runs 7 days a week, so we are looking for drivers who have flexibility and who are able to work on weekends. The ammount of hours available each week will fluctuate and average 3 to 4 days a week. (24 to 32 hours.) We expect to be very busy for the months of June, July and into August.

Details: BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CASE MANAGER The Behavioral Health Case Manager serves as a liaison between the patients, LRMC staff and community providers to ensure continuity of care and access to behavioral health needed services. Instructs individuals and families in the community about health education and disease prevention utilizing a team based model. The Case Manager is an advocate for the patient with special needs and helps coordinate care with other health care providers to help the patient obtain necessary resources. RESPONSIBILITIES Expedites referrals for the behavioral health patients of LRMC. Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to assist with services needed for referrals and other patient needs. Decides necessary actions based on the varying facts and circumstances of each individual case Maintains an active caseload providing interventions as needed and within area of expertise and limits of credentials; assures procurement of additional services as needed. Works with the client on a day-to-day basis using professional judgment and discretion to implement the team determined Treatment Plan. Consults and cooperates with community systems to facilitate linkage, referral, crisis management, advocacy, and follow up with the focus on attaining treatment goals. Completion of required UMASS training. Assists with managing the ninety-day summary reports for Behavioral Health counselors. Assists with outreach to behavioral health patients to ensure compliance with appointments. Participates in Quality Improvement (QI), Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement Activities (CQI) as appropriate. Establishes strong relationships with hospital staff, providers and community partners.
