CLASS A CDL DRIVERS NEEDED

Details: Looking for a reliable/dedicated individual to run locally from our farm in Burbank Wa. to processors in Hermiston and Boardman, Ore. Must be 25 years old, have a Class A CDL and up to date Medical Card. Can supply a Resume showing past work history and a 3 year Driving record. Under 25 may apply but must have a clean driving record to be considered. Any candidate for this position must pass a pre-employment Drug Screen paid for by the Company. Must be able to speak and write English. Must be able to safely climb into and out of open top potato trailers to assist in the unloading process. Must be flexible regarding work hours. This will be a 5 and sometime 6 day week with loads being scheduled for delivery times throughout the day and night. At least 1-2 loads per day, sometimes 3 depending on the demand. Compensation is by the load with an hourly rate paid if detained more than 2 hours from your delivery time which will be discussed at the time of the interview. Also need Driver[s] for OTR from our farm in Burbank to Salem, Ore. This will be a dedicated run with 4 to 5 loads per week. Can be dispatched starting Sunday nights through late Friday evenings with some minimal weekend assignments. This position is Seasonal yet 'can' run from late June through late May. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS: • Must have vision acuity which meets Jaeger #1 test chart at not less than 12 inches, or equivalent with one eye, wither natural or corrected. Also color perception to distinguish and differentiate between the colors used in the method for this certification. • Training in SPC, GD&T, Gage-talker and computer skills desirable.
