Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Job Duties: Follow directions Very simple luggage inspection Re-work projects - basic cleaning and readjustment on bags Some mechanical skill plus or mechanical inspection experience General product inspection Attention to detail Heavy lifting and standing on table doing inspection Conduct quality inspection and audit of incoming products, accessories and parts to determine compliance with established standards. Perform basic reworks to defective goods upon instructions from Lead Inspector. Keep track of the rework performed during the day and provide such information to the Lead Quality Inspector for tracking purposes. Communicate quality findings and potential problems to the Lead Inspector and/or other quality personnel in a timely manner. Provide rework repair and inspection related training to temporary labor as needed. May act as a back-up during the absence of the Lead Quality Inspector. Perform other duties as assigned.
