PORT WASHINGTON -- An emotional day ahead for the community of Port Washington. Today will be the visitation and funeral for fallen marine Kerry Kemp. Visitation will take place at Port Washington High School, in part because it is where Kemp met his wife, Jenna. They were high school sweethearts. The Port Washington High School alum is among the 11 Marines killed in a Black Hawk helicopter crash along the Florida Panhandle earlier this month. Crews recovered the majority of the wreckage from the Gulf of Mexico. Family members remember 27-year-old Kemp as a loving husband and wonderful father. He leaves behind a one-year-old daughter, Mackenzie. Kemp will be laid to rest with full military honors at St. Mary's Cemetery in Port Washington.
