Details: The CRA Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for developing new retail mortgage business designed to create homeownership opportunities for targeted borrowers. This role will work closely with the CRA Relationship Manager to promote and advocate Harris' Community Reinvestment Act mortgage projects and programs. The CRA Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for achieving individual sales and profitability goals. This position will actively pursue leads generated through the CRA Relationship Management team as well as branch visits and referrals. Through providing exceptional customer service and advocacy, the role will build, maintain and expand customer relationships in order to generate business opportunities. This role will prequalify prospective home buyers and advise them on financing alternatives. In addition, the CRA Mortgage Loan Originator will provide guidance to customers throughout mortgage application and processing activities. This position will ensure that own sales efforts are aligned with Regional mortgage growth and profitability objectives. This role will support mortgage sales and marketing efforts within assigned region, and seek opportunities to expand customers' relationship with Harris. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 60%: Mortgage Sales and Support Ensure a thorough understanding of applicable mortgage products, pricing programs and underwriting guidelines and requirements Create and execute individual sales plans and revenue goals for mortgage sales through Branch visits and referrals. Successfully execute on all promotional mortgage marketing plans in order to meet or exceed mortgage production goals. Collaborate with the CRA Manager in the facilitation of community events, presentations and or workshops. Develop complete understanding of customer needs in the CRA client group. Analyze customer financial, credit data and other relevant information to evaluate level of risk. Present viable financial alternatives and advice to customers regarding how mortgage products can best fulfil customer needs. Serve as an advocate for the customer during application and processing activities. Communicate frequently and clearly to set expectations, keep abreast of developments and provide excellent customer service. Receive customer applications, quote mortgage rates/points and complete necessary follow-up activities to acquire mortgage sales. Identify opportunities to refer customers to other Harris products and services. 20%: Client Relationships Identify prospects to gain new business, including broadening and deepening relationships with existing clients as well as following up on new leads through Branch referrals. Seek opportunities to expand network by obtaining referrals from existing relationships. Partner with the CRA Relationship Manager to develop and maintain sound business relationships between the surrounding communities and the Bank. Participate in various community events targeted towards the needs of the CRA markets in efforts to generate interest in Harris mortgage products and services. 20% Compliance Adhere to all required lending policies, procedures and standards, including First Principles and Harris' Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Details: Position Summary The primary responsibility will be tactical engagement and strategic management of the suppliers in your respective commodity cluster. Details: SUMMARY This position is responsible for providing superior customer service through technical service support for computer repairs, inbound service requests/calls, handling monitoring system alerts, and either first call resolution or escalating incidents according to established processes. The Service Technician provides computer service through root cause analysis, repair and timely returns to the customer. Duties are completed in the Technical Services Repair area. Our team members are customer service centric and possess superior technical, troubleshooting and handholding skills. We utilize the latest technologies to track incident requests, monitor and manage client systems. Our client partnerships are built on the expertise and professionalism that this frontline position is expected to deliver. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide superior customer service at all times, both internal and client-facing. Communicate clearly, effectively and professionally to all people regardless of company or role. Support customer IT systems, end-users, systems and software over the phone and through automated tools. Assess and respond to monitoring alerts and incoming issues. Troubleshoot complex hardware, software and design issues. Image PC systems using Ghost or Acronis. Perform diagnostic testing, repair and replacement of computer hardware as necessary. Perform modifications and/or upgrades on computer system hardware as required. Re-load and or re-install the operating system when necessary. Accurately follow detailed instructions and procedures. Work with fellow associates to research problems and find solutions. Achieve first call resolution (FCR) of incidents where possible. Escalate incidents to Tier II via established processes where required. Document and/or refine processes, procedures and standards. Maintain service tracking application so it reflects an accurate and up to date portrayal of all open service tickets at any given time. Verify and document customer reported problems. Keep customers informed of the status of all service requests, including scheduled visits, status of orders and any changes to the status of a call. Follow up on all completed calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather appropriate information on any outstanding issues. Estimate and communicate all costs of repairs with the customer to establish proper expectations. Accurately communicate pricing, service and warranty policies. Expand technical knowledge and stay abreast of emerging technologies with systems and networking products and technologies. Maintain goodwill of customer and promote the company. Keep current on new technology by reading trade magazines or periodicals, and by engaging in self-improvement activities. Aid in training new service department personnel.
