Son testifies in Lincoln Co. murder trial; voices support for father

MERRILL - The son of a murdered Merrill-area woman came out in support of his father in Lincoln County court Thursday. Anita Bucki disappeared in April 2013. She was found dead in May 2013 in a swamp in Taylor County. Her husband, Mark Bucki, 50, is accused of killing her and faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse and strangling a person. Full story: WJFW

Wausau woman receives Big Brothers Big Sisters award

WAUSAU - Imagine having a non-biological brother or sister. That's the premise of the organization Big Brothers and Big Sisters. One woman in Wausau was recognized for her involvement in the program. Laurie Frahm and her little sister Deanna Maruska were recognized today for their genuine bond. Frahm was awarded the big sister of the year in Wisconsin. Full story: WJFW

UPDATE: Prosecutors and defense argue over autopsy, dog scents and emails during third day of murder trial

MERRILL - Prosecutors in a Lincoln County murder trial continued their second day of witnesses and evidence by focusing on an autopsy, scents collected by dogs and reviewing digital data recovered during the investigation.
