New charges in Penn State scandal - wife still in denial?

According to news reports, there are now more charges being filed in the Jerry Sandusky sex scandal. Those reports indicate that former Penn State University President Graham Spanier is charged with endangering the welfare of children, conspiracy to endanger the welfare of children, obstruction, and conspiracy to commit perjury. The allegations are that Spanier was keeping things silent and did not report the sex abuse that Sandusky was performing to the proper authorities. This whole ordeal reminds me of the Catholic Priest scandals. Now that so many of the victims have come forth, a jury has convicted Sandusky, others are being charged for covering up the whole thing, does Sandusky's wife still truly believe that her husband is innocent? I can understand some degree of denial, but, after all this, she must be second-guessing, at least you would think so. I will be interested in reading the book that Victim number 1 has come out with also, even though it will surely be disturbing. Does anyone really believe that Sandusky ISN'T a pedophile now, in light of all this?

I did have some doubts at first, like right when Sandusky was charged, but, after all that has come out now, I don't have doubts anymore. I think he is rightfully in prison.

I think the wife knew all along. She just doesn't want to admit it. How could she NOT have known, seriously!

The guy is sick and it's a good thing that he will never see the light of day again. Not only did he commit these awful crimes against children, but, the way it was dealt with and covered up makes it a thousand times worse.

Yes the coverup was appaling!

Maybe the wife just said she didn't know anything about it so that she wouldn't be charged with something?

All I can think is, those poor boys, all of them, having to deal with this and being quiet, having it all covered up, I just can't imagine what it has done to the victims!
I think it should be worth mentioning that Sandusky should be apologizing to his victims, his wife, his co-workers, and all who were involved. He needs to admit what he did and stop acting like he is innocent. I think he needs some serious psychological help...
