Details: SUMMARY OF POSITION Recruiters play a critical role in the company, as they are the principal face of the company to the candidate. The recruiter must possess effective professional and technical skills, as well as exhibit personal characteristics that result in successfully filled orders, satisfied clients and candidates. Recruiters work closely with Account Managers to identify priority orders, then successfully recruit and place candidates on those orders.
