Details: PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position is responsible for the accounting and reporting functions specifically related to Procurement, a corporate department reporting to the Senior Vice President of Property Management. Procurement programs are an integral component of mall operations including security services, waste removal, parking services, and cellular connectivity services to name a few. This position is also responsible for reporting and analysis functions supporting Property Management, Energy Services, and Property Tax departments. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: General ledger maintenance and review for portfolio-wide operational programs including waste removal, parking services, security services, cellular connectivity services, and more. Preparation of monthly financial statements, including actual to budget and year over year variance analysis and commentary. Preparation of annual Forecasts and Budgets. Preparation of bank reconciliations. Provide internal and external audit support for program results. Participation in special projects, both routine and occasional, as assigned.
