Job Description We are looking for Entry Level Energy Consultants, who will be responsible for meeting with potential customers, presenting different energy savings options and design plans during the appointments. The position will be a full-time position. We provide full and paid training on solar technology and our systems in customer service, sales and marketing. Entry level representatives will be trained to get into one of the management positions in the company. Empyrean doesn’t have a single product but all the available solar options in the market, which creates a one-stop-shop experience for the potential customers. More than a “Sales” approach, Empyrean prefers a “Consulting” approach; which makes the homeowners feel more comfortable. Pressure sales are not something the customers would experience with Empyrean. The position will start as an entry level position and we are looking for candidates who will move up to management in their first year of business. Entry level candidates will be cross-trained on different departments, such as customer service, sales, marketing, human resources and operations. Entry level candidates will be able to choose which area they would like to build their career in the business after being trained on all areas.
