This new position, Director of Managed Care, reports to Vice President of Operations with six direct reports; one Supervisor Provider Operations, four Care Management Review Nurses, and one LVN Care Coordinator and a department size of thirteen. This is a high level position responsible for directing and overseeing Western Growers Assurance Trust’s (WGAT) and Pinnacle Claims Management Inc.’s (PCMI) third party provider network operations, care management/utilization operations, disease management and wellness programs and contract services for proprietary healthcare network and clinic management programs, objectives and initiatives.
