NISSC will provide accurate, timely, and unambiguous warning and attack assessment of Air, Missile, and Space threats with daily visibility of National Command Authority leaders including the President of the United States. This is a highly visible role that interacts with all levels of Percepta management as well as its clients while directly impacting Perceptas ability to meet client defined goals, as well as Perceptas ability to meet financial targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in typical workforce management disciplines: scheduling, RTA, advanced level reporting skills, and experience optimizing manpower in contact center environments.
