On this Valentines Day, SportScene 13 gives you the gift of prep sports action.
Tonight we have basketball action from Big Rivers, Cloverbelt , Dunn-St.Croix, Dairyland and the Heart O'North as teams try to clinch conference titles.

Men's Hockey Stumbles at Nationally-Ranked UW-Stevens Point
The third-ranked UW-Eau Claire men's hockey team had a tough time at fourth-ranked UW-Stevens Point , falling to the Pointers 6-1 at K.B. Willett Arena.
Badgers men's hockey team loses to Ohio State 2-1
The Wisconsin men's hockey team played their third straight 2-1 hockey game, but after beating Minnesota twice by that score last weekend, the Badgers fall to Ohio State Friday night in Columbus.

SportScene13 for Wednesday, February 12th
Tonight in SportScene13, college basketball from the WIAC. On the men's side UW-Eau Claire needed a win against UW-Oshkosh to claim the 6th spot and final spot for the WIAC tournament while UW-Stout was at home taking on UW-Superior. On the women's side, UW-Eau Claire also battling for the last conference spot as they take on UW-Oshkosh, and the UW-Stout women on the road at UW-Superior. Click here for all the action.

NEW INFORMATION: Twins GM Ryan undergoes surgery for cancer
The Twins say Ryan had surgery Tuesday at Mayo Clinic. The team says he's resting and will spend the next few nights at the clinic. No other details were released.

On SportScene 13 for Tuesday, February 11th, Eau Claire Memorial's Jacob Bresser scored four goals in leading the Old Abes to a 6-2 win over Rice Lake and giving Memorial the Big Rivers crown. While in boys hoops, Memorial topped North for the second time in less than a week 40-35.
Marquette beats Seton Hall for first Big East road win
Jamil Wilson scored 25 points and had 10 rebounds in powering Marquette to a 77-66 victory over Seton Hall on Tuesday night.

Graaskamp leaves Memorial hockey program to sign with Sault Ste. Marie in Ontario Hockey League
Prep hockey standout Charley Graaskamp signed a contract with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the Ontario Hockey League last Friday, thus ending his high school career at Eau Claire Memorial on the brink of the WIAA hockey playoffs.
