MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Gov. Scott Walker has shuffled his top communications staff in the governor's office, moves that come during a relatively slow period in the state Capitol before work on the next state budget begins in earnest. 

MERRILL (WAOW) - Merrill School Superintendent Wally Leipart and Assistant Superintendent Michele Jahnke were placed on paid administrative leave Tuesday, the school board president said.
