Motorists try to help woman struck in Milwaukee interchange

A motorist who tried to grab a woman before she was struck and killed in a downtown Milwaukee interchange says a number of drivers stopped to try to help the victim, including a semi driver who was able to block traffic as first responders rushed to the scene.
