BROOKFIELD -- An attorney for a Wisconsin mother and stepfather accused of locking their 13-year-old daughter in a cold basement with no running water says they will plead not guilty to child neglect. Patrick and Alicyn Keller were due in Waukesha County Circuit Court Monday for an initial appearance, but it was postponed to April 14 because the defendants could not be present. Defense attorney Chelsea Williamson says the couple plans to plead not guilty to misdemeanor child neglect. Forty-seven-year-old Patrick Keller and 41-year-old Alicyn Keller are accused of locking the girl in the basement of their Brookfield home after school. A criminal complaint says the child has low-level autism and some cognitive disabilities. The complaint also says the girl arrived at school with dried feces on her on many occasions.

MILWAUKEE -- It's opening day at Miller Park! The Brewers will play the Colorado Rockies starting at 1:10 p.m. Here are some reminders for for those heading to the game today. Parking The parking lots open at 10 a.m. If you book a parking spot online, you will pay $11. Otherwise, the price is $15 for general parking and $25 for preferred. Bus The special Miller Park Route 90 will run every 30 minutes before the game -- starting at 11:10 a.m. The route will run for a half-hour after the game ends. A one way ride is $2.25 for adults and a $1.10 for seniors and kids. Rides Uber and Lyft are also offering special deals for Opening Day. New Lyft users will get $10 dollars off -- just type in the promo code "golden ride." Security There is a new security procedure this year at the stadium, so the doors will open early, at 10:40 a.m. New MLB rules will require fans to go through a metal detector. Here are some things you are NOT allowed to bring in to Miller Park: - Alcohol - Hard-sided coolers - Glass containers - And noise makers. Fans CAN bring: - Small bags - Soft-sided cooler bags - Purses - Diaper bags, strollers, and wheelchairs - Food has to be in a soft, see-through container or Ziploc bag. - Drinks have to be sealed

Wisconsin National Guard member dies in Japan

A member of the Wisconsin National Guard has died in Japan. According to the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs, an airman assigned to the 115th Fighter Wing fell from a fifth-story window in Kadena, Japan, and died at a hospital Sunday. Information surrounding the fall is under investigation. His name has not been released.

Man shot, killed outside bar on Milwaukee's north side

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting on Milwaukee's north side. The shooting happened around 2 a.m. Monday outside Bosses Lounge near Buffum Street and North Avenue. Milwaukee police confirm a 26-year-old man was killed. There are no suspects in custody.
