Today is our 13th annual community baby shower.

Ginger dzick with united-healthcare community plan joins us live this morning from the sentry foods in delafield.

TODAY'S TMJ4: Talk a little bit about why the employees with United Heathcare have been so responsive to this event, because you guys had a big employee drive and so many things were collected.

DZICK: Yes we did. One of the reasons I think everbody just comes together is because it is one way we can give back to the populations that we serve. We are so commited and dedicated to serving the BadgerCare population in our community and for us to be able to actually do something that can provide back to them in differnt ways, like making things, buying things, it is such a wonderful oppurtunity that we don't always have.

TODAY'S TMJ4: Folks in the medical profession know this, but this is a great investment for you folks as well, becuase if you start out those first few months of life as a healthy baby, you are gonna be a healthier child and eventually healthier adult.

DZICK: Absolultey. SO you know with a huge focus on prenatal care and then right after birth it is so incredibily important for children and mom's to have what they need to have a healthy start to life, and so all the things that are being collected here at Sentry and our drive are going to be here to support that.

TODAY'S TMJ4: Talk a little bit more about what you see in your professionin terms of what babies really need and what people can donate today if they would like?

DZICK: There is a coulple of major things, Number one is diapers, number two is formula and then three are other things like bonnets and gifts other people may not have access too.
