Six years ago I wrote a book on women in poverty. Overwhelming evidence from that research forced me to conclude that Milwaukee is the most segregated and deeply racist city in America.

Regarding the chaos in Milwaukee, a cop shot a black man who was armed. The cop was also black, so it's awfully hard to find any racism there.
