Langlade County criminal court activity 12.09.2014.

Charles J. Sheldon of Crandon, 31, failed to appear in court on a charge of issuing worthless checks. A warrant with a $99.20 bond was authorized.

Shane A. Albrecht of Wittenberg, 34, was fined $50 plus court costs for an amended charge of disorderly conduct as a county ordinance.

Harold N. Matthews of Tenth Avenue, 33, received $1,000 signature bond for two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.

Kody J. Deacy of Irving Street, 21, was sentenced to six months jail for possession of drug paraphernalia as a repeater, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping.

Timothy J. Fry of White Lake, 45, received a sentence of 45 days jail and two years probation for manufacturing or delivering schedule I, II narcotics. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay court costs.

Timothy J. Piper of Fifth Avenue, 35, failed to appear in court on 16 counts of failing to support a child. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Rodney R. Zinsmeister of Fifth Avenue, 62, was ordered to serve one year in state prison with two years extended supervision for sixth offense of operating while intoxicated. His drivers license was revoked for three years and he was fined $2,200. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. Two other charges were dismissed.

Aaron C. Miller of Bowler, 26, was ordered to serve nine months in jail during a revocation hearing for convictions of misdemeanor bail jumping. 85 days of time served will be credited against the term.

Paul R. Zeise of Gillett, 29, was sentenced to nine months jail for multiple counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer and retail theft.

Christopher Wensel of Lincoln Street, 30, failed to appear in court for a charge of driving or operating a vehicle without consent. A body only warrant was authorized.



New charges filed yesterday:

Autumn Jackson of Aniwa, 20, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping and operating without a valid license third offense within three years. The incidents occurred on November 26. An initial appearance is scheduled for January 6.

Luke A.T. Voigt of Fifth Avenue, 20, is charged with theft. The date of the offense is October 1. His initial appearance is set for January 12.

Amy May Voigt of Fifth Avenue, 43, is charged with theft on October 1. Her initial appearance is also scheduled for January 12.

Tony A. Toth of County Road N, 38, is charged with theft and misdemeanor bail jumping. The incidents happened on October 1. An initial appearance is set for January 12.
