The Langlade County Sheriff Department has released 11 photos of people they say are bath salt users.
Some of the persons are not charged with any crimes in direct relation to bath salts.
It would seem as though law enforcement officers believe that the persons were high on the drugs when committing thier crimes, or the crimes are directly related to their usage of bath salts.
If there was an older mugshot available, it is next to the current photo.

It's just sad that this stuff is ruining people its an addiction all's I hear is people talking bad about people maybe you should get some info on addiction and try to help someone instead of putting people down who the hell are we to judge anyone especially when we have never walked in those shoes.

It breaks my heart to see Lisa turned out this way. I knew her when she was a very young child. She was beautiful, energetic, loving, kind, gentle, & yes, she was very intelligent at one time.

She is a habitual user and a long time junkie, she got out of prison for the third time about a month before she was arrested and will end up there again. She will never change, all she ever thinks about is herself and her drugs.

Lisa is my cousin. I am 10 yrs older than her. She was born to an addict(my Aunt) who basically abandoned her at 3 yrs old.
She loved her addiction more than Lisa.
Although her dad tried to do his best, he was an over the road truck driver.
I remember so many Holidays...when she was just a little girl, and she would wait by the door for her mom (who promised to show up in time for dinner). Lisa wouldn't even eat with the family...just wait by the door for her mama, falling asleep on the floor.
About 10 - 11 o'clock, her mom would show up drunk/high raging and slurring obscenities and excuses.
Lisa would cry and curl up...disappointed and broken hearted yet again. I would hold her and cry with her. At barely 13 she began to do drugs to escape her pain.
Her mom, my Aunt has her own broken childhood. My family is racked with addictions, broken and estranged. I know we are all responsible for our decisions, so this isn't about making excuses for her.
It's about helping her critics to understand.
This last April when she got out of prison...yet again, we met at the Thirsty Soul Coffee shop in Antigo. She was SO hopeful.
She said she looked in the mirror and suddenly realized how many many years she'd wasted. She said she wanted to stay clean, get married and have a baby.
Drug Addiction, Jail, and Addicted friends is ALL she knows.
I can't love her and support her enough to keep her clean ...so so heart breaking.
One weak and lonely moment, and all her resolve dissipated.
I HATE DRUG and Alcohol Addiction...

Seeing as most people on here are just looking to celebrate someones demise. I have to warn you in advance that I have a big smile in mine. l've been smoking Cannabis for 28 years straight and the only difference between my friends that don't and I is they are looking old! All that booze they drink is starting to make them all look like an old belt!

Salt City baby, im not a user of salt, tried it and put it down. One of these informative meetings the pigs had one little pig said try it once your hooked, BS.. I know se7en of the perps up there. Pigs are trying to glorify these pics of these poor people at their weakest and most vulnerable points they've been it in there lives. There descent ppl with addictive personalities. I understand where there coming from by doing this but try and think about what this does to these members of our society. It's a disease they have. Its brought on by choices made on there own at one time probably sometime in youth. Addicts once caught need help not huscow.

Having been born and raised here, I always thought we had a pretty nice town here and i still do. You see, the problem we have here is we have allowed the spawning of all the darkies, Mexicans and fibs to overflow and spread their drugs and scum into small communities from Wausau north. WHEN I WAS IN SCHOOL IN WAUSAU AND SOMEONE CAME TO OUR SCHOOL AND WAS WITH CHILD WE PRESUMED SHE WAS FROM ANTIGO WIS.SO TRUE SO DO NOT BLAME CRAP ON OTHER TOWNS.PLUS I HAD RELATIVES HERE IN ANTIGO AND I CAME HERE IN THE 70S AND THE DRUG ABUSE WAS WAY WORSE THEN WE HAD IN WAUSAU ITS YOUR POLICE AND COURT SYSTEM THAT HAS ALLOWED THIS TO GET TO WHERE WE ARE TODAY THE GOOD OLD BOYS NETWORK

I grew up in Wausau...of course there was drugs there but, THERE EVERYWHERE! So to BLAME a bigger City for the drug problems in ANTIGO is probably one of the most mis-informed comments I have read. When we were growing up, the Wausau girls were referred to as Wausluts. Never heard of your Antigo version. We went to Wausau for alcohol or acid because it was easy to find and cheap. Clean up your own backyard baby!

Also, if you look at the frequency of arrests you'll find that there is a rather substantial increase in cases which involve the person being on or producing bath salts.

These "Bath Salts" really seem to bring down lives in a hurry. We should really try to help them instead of putting them on "Display". I think it's good for young kids to see what cause and effect these drugs have on people, but I'm not so sure pictures and names of people before and after in the same community is going to scare them enough into not trying them. Just saying...
