Langlade County criminal court activity 01.20.2015.
Desmann J. Escalante of Keshena, 30, failed to appear in court on charges of misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty, resisting or obstructing an officer, operating while intoxicated second offense, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration second offense and operating while revoked. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Ronald L. Musselman of Eagle River, 49, failed to appear on charges of injury by intoxicated use of vehicle and injury by use of vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Mateo J. Zarate-Castellanos of Mattoon, 19, failed to appear in court also. A warrant with a $500 bond was authorized. He is charged with operating without a valid license second offense within three years.
New charges filed today:
Robert J. Klemann of Elcho, 44, is charged with operating while intoxicated third offense. The incident occurred on January 5.
