New charges filed yesterday:

Jacob J. Peltier of Rhinelander, 25, is charged with possession of marijuana second or greater offense. The incident happened on December 5. An initial appearance is set for January 12.

Dwayne M. Gresser of Summit Lake, 39, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as a repeater. He is scheduled to return to court on January 5.



New charges filed today:

Anthony J. Flasch of North Avenue, 29, is charged with possession with intent to deliver narcotics, two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, misdemeanor bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug trafficking place. The incidents occurred in October and November. An initial appearance is scheduled for January 5.

Maria A. Beilke of Superior Street, 29, is charged with illegal shining of deer, elk or bear. The incident happened on November 18. An initial appearance is set for January 12.

Shawn M. Dunlop of Fifth Avenue, 36, is charged with illegal shining of deer, elk or bear. His initial court appearance is scheduled for January 12.

Clifford D. Nowak of Dorr Street, 41, is charged with disorderly conduct, which occurred on December 7. An initial appearance is set for January 5.

James J. Pendleton of Superior Street, 26, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping as a repeater. The incident happened on December 6. His initial court appearance is scheduled for January 14.

Jessi L. Gardner of Forrest Avenue, 20, is charged with retail theft as a repeater. The incident occurred on December 2. Her initial appearance is set for January 12.

More potheads bite the dust! Hard to say those thats were shining deer were actually doing it, because there are no damn deer left. Maybe we should lock the DNR up for pissing away our money and leave the deer shiners alone.
