Langlade County criminal court activity 10.10.2014.

Amanda J. Neumann of Fifth Avenue, 27, received a sentence of nine months jail during a probation revocation hearing. She must also complete two years probation. The crimes are retail theft, bail jumping, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Multiple cases and sentences were resolved, but, terms of probation and jail run concurrent.

Matthew J. Arrowood of Bryant, 34, was sentenced to one year probation for an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He must also attend counseling and pay court costs.

Bryan C. Alloway of Clermont Street, 32, received a two year probation term for probation revocation on possession of narcotic drugs and possession of marijuana.



New charges filed:

Wednesday, Oct. 8: Joshua I. Miller of Forrest Avenue, 29, is charged with burglary into a building or dwelling and taking and driving a vehicle without consent, both as a repeater. The incidents occurred on September 21. An initial appearance is set for November 3.

Joshua D. Micke of Second Avenue, 32, is charged with theft, resisting or obstructing an officer and misdemeanor bail jumping, all as a repeater. The offenses happened on August 26. An initial appearance is scheduled for November 3.

Adrian Ploeger of Pearson, 17, is charged with possession of switchblade knife, which happened on September 22. An initial appearance is set for October 27.

Friday, Oct. 10: Daniel C. Brown of Tomahawk, 51, is charged with operating while intoxicated third offense. His next court appearance is scheduled for October 13.
