Langlade County criminal court activity 06.30.2014

New charges were filed, a few warrants were authorized, bonds set and reduced.

Robert M. Archer of Elcho, 38, had his bond amount reduced from $150 cash to a $500 signature bond for a charge of disorderly conduct domestic abuse. As a condition of bond, he must not use alcohol. His next court date is July 21.

Andrew J. Artymiuk of Park Street, 48, failed to appear in court on a charge of disorderly conduct domestic abuse. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Donald J. Bricko of Sixth Avenue, 67, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. His next court date is set for July 28.

Perry J. Henke of County Highway W, 42, had his bond lowered from $5,000 cash down to $2,500 cash for charges of fleeing or eluding officer as vehicle operator, first degree recklessly endangering safety, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of firearm by felon and failing to comply with officer. Conditions of bond include no contact with the victim and absolute sobriety. His next court date is July 28.

Heather A. Kemp of South Superior Street, 24, failed to appear in court for a charge of possession of methamphetamine. A body only warrant was authorized for her arrest.

Jacob P. Wurtinger of Plattsburg Street, 20, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. His next court date set for July 21.



New charges filed today:

Dale R. Bauknecht of Highway 45, 55, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine and misdemeanor bail jumping. A status conference is scheduled for July 28.

Teresa M. Condit of Ninth Avenue, 25, is charged with felony bail jumping and receiving or concealing stolen property. She will return to court on July 28.

Larry M. Urick of Green Bay, 25, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and felony bail jumping, both as a repeater. A $2,500 cash bond was set. A status conference is scheduled for July 28.

Michael R. Wedemayer of Edison Street, 46, is charged with second degree sexual assault with use of force and disorderly conduct. He will return to court on July 7.

Joseph A. Dooley of Sixth Avenue, 34, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping as a repeater. A status conference is set for July 7.

Tami R. Jackson of Ninth Avenue, 41, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and receiving or concealing stolen property, both as a repeater. An initial appearance is scheduled for July 28.

Crystal A. Ross of Cedar Street, 20, is charged with receiving or concealing stolen property. A status conference is set for August 11.

William C. Jensen of South Clermont Street, 25, is charged with disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer and criminal damage to property. A status conference is scheduled for August 11.

Raymond R. Graham of Neopit, 44, is charged with operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device. He is set to return to court on August 11.

Dale V. Lease of Wausau, 53, is charged with failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device and operating while revoked. A status conference is scheduled for August 11.

I just don't get it. Why so many hard drugs in this little town? Isn't life already hard enough and the economy bad enough without adding this kind of junk to your life?
