According to court documents, Michael Poch, of Pennsylvania, formerly of Antigo has been to court and ordered to pay $15,000 cash bond in order to get out jail.
He is charged with 1st Degree Sexual Assault-Intercourse with Person under 12 and Intimidate Victim/Threaten Force.
According to the news article in the Antigo paper today, Poch appeared for court via video from the jail and had asked the Judge for a lower bond, stating that "I'm not gonna run from something I'm not guilty of", he also stated "I'm not gonna run. I guarantee that". The Judge denied his request and the high cash bond remains.
He is accused of entering the girl's bedroom, pinning her hands behind her head and raping her. The girl stated that she was screaming for him to get off of her. He is also accused of threatening to harm her mother. The girl also stated that Poch had physically assaulted her on many occasions by punching and kicking her.
Poch's next court date is set for March 4 at 1:30pm.

According to the ADJ today, March 14, 2013, Poch was requesting a lower bond and during the hearing, DA Uttke said that Poch had confessed to the crime to another inmate. It was also reported that Poch made a threat to an investigator, something about 'Putting a bullet in his head'. The bond was not lowered.

when will this country step up to the plate, and stiffen penalties for these guys? i say we use 'em as shark bait. there is no place in society for scum like this to be wasting the resources of good decent hard working people.

Makes You wonder WHY mike lost custody of ALL of their Children??? Drugs...and what else? Interested ...may need to do some more research.

I hope this little Girl and Her Family receive justice. And is able to heal from what he did. Honestly---There is NO place in society for MONSTERS such as him.
