Langlade County criminal court activity 06.20.2014

Michael G. Olds of Crandon, 32, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and one year probation for substantial battery and knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. He must also attend anger management and alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Russell Petermann of Elcho, 53, received one year deferred judgment for misdemeanor bail jumping.

Todd M. Brass of Elcho, 25, was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct. He must also go through alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed.

New charges filed today:

LeAnna M. Grace of Mary Street, 17, is charged with burglary into a building or dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her next court date is set for June 23.

Justin C. Jeter of Lincoln Street, 24, is charged with burglary into a building or dwelling and misdemeanor bail jumping. He is scheduled to return to court on June 23.

Jeffrey L. Jeter of Lincoln Street, 19, is charged with burglary into a building or dwelling and two counts of felony bail jumping.

Christine N. Remsburg of White Lake, 24, is charged with criminal trespass to dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Her next court date is set for July 21.

Kevin W. Raab of Arctic Street, 22, is charged with possession of marijuana and misdemeanor bail jumping. The offenses occurred on June 7.
