According to court records today, one of the former teachers who was involved in the marijuana bust last year has been ticketed for 3 violations relating to operating a snowmobile while intoxicated.
Mark Incha, of Eastview Drive, has received tickets for the following:
Operate Snowmobile while Intoxicated
Operate Snowmobile Illegally on or in the Vicinity of Highways
Snowmobiler Refuse/Breathalyzer
Mr. Incha had received a deferred prosecution for the Possession of THC charge, but since the violations filed today are not criminal, they should not count against him in that matter.

How does it feel to have your story put on the news without any acknowledgment? I'd be pissed.

A person would have to have really low self esteem to attack this man for simple ordinance violations. These are not crimes. Bullies exist everywhere.

Are we all idiots here? Is this news? Seems to me, that there are many more pertinent issues in this community than a person's private life.

Apparently my more lengthy comment was deemed inappropriate by the buzz police.

I think it's making news because he recieved a deal inthe drug case he was a "member" of, if I am not mistaken. If that was me, I'd sure a hell be staying clean for a bit.

These are not crimes, big sucker. "Recieved (sic)a deal " as you call it,is what the court wants . Easier and cheaper than trial where they did actually have a good chance in this case.

Seriously??? drunk driving on a public roadway and thats his "private life"? Sorry if he wants to drink and stumble around in his own home, thats his private life...in public it is news. Maybe after his fourth, fifth, or tenth offense then you would consider it news?

In the news today two Lincoln County men were arrested for the same thing, NO names though were mentioned.
Big Trucker replied on
No names were mentioned because they most likely were not part of a big drug investigation recently. Sometimes just because there is a plea bargin, that doen not make it right, nor does it take away from what actually happened.

I know one thing is for sure, that I got sent to a Maximum Security Prison for a year for "Breaking Jail Rules" for passing a picture from one cell block to the next!! He has a violation first off for drinking, I know Antigo claims the "no drink" is a mandatory rule deal with everyone! (Even though it is an add on), next he was drunk driving whether criminal or civil it is still a charge! Being in an establishment that serves alcohol is another. I WOULD ALREADY BE IN DODGE!!
WHO CARES??? Someone stated above, I CARE! WE DON'T GET SPECIAL TREATMENT!!! READ MY 2001CF Case BET YOU I DID 1 1/2 IN PRISON ON MY FIRST CHARGE EVER FOR A FIST FIGHT!!!
