Theft, drugs, drunk driving are among crimes that received jail sentences in Langlade County court last week.
Jordan T. Wirtz of Virginia Street, age 20, received a 30 day jail sentence for bail jumping. A deferred judgment for one year was ordered for possessing marijuana as a second or subsequent offense. Other charges were dismissed.
A 5 month jail sentence was given to Joseph Dooley of Fulton Street, age 34, for bail jumping, which revoked his probation. He has already served 90 days of that sentence.
A 45 day jail sentence was ordered for Jason Waggoner of Birnamwood, age 35, for for his third offense of operating while intoxicated. His driver's license will be revoked for 2 years, he was fined $1,424 and is also required to install an ignition interlock device in his vehicle. He entered a plea of no contest on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and will pay court costs for that.
A 10 day jail sentence was ordered for Donovan L. Waupoose of Crandon, age 20, for operating a motor vehicle with a restricted controlled substance. He was fined $1,109. An additional count of OWI was dismissed.
Ryan J. Welch is ordered to 120 days in jail for domestic disorderly conduct and bail jumping.
Travis J. Sikora of Fifth Avenue, age 24, received 3 years of probation and ordered to pay $4,493.88 in restitution for items stolen from Krueger & Steinfest. Another person has also been charged with the crime. Batteries and cabling were taken and then sold to a recycling center for cash.
Anne L. Graveen of Crandon received a 9 day jail sentence and restitution of $82.73 for retail theft and obstruction charges. She stole items from Walmart last year and gave police her sister's name instead of her own. She was also charged with misappropriating her identification, but that was dismissed.
Nicholas J. Gallagher of Lincoln Street, age 20 has been ordered to serve 45 days in jail and 2 years of probation for charges of possession of an electrical weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of a hazardous substance. The charges stem from items obtained during a search warrant execution at his home where "bath salts" and items to used to ingest them were found. In a separate incident, drug-related items were found in his backpack.

I hope Tara Baily gets punished big time considering everything she has done and the things she has done too people in this town we all no she is a informant but that doesn't mean she should just be able to be walking around are family's doing the things she does which is highly illagle.

I totally agree with both comments. She thinks everyone owes her, she thinks she don't have to finish school, or work for what she wants, I bet her daughter is so proud of her mother. They probable should of went to her house and found more s--t, Just think her husband Bill Bailey, served time for drugs, put 2 addicts togerther what to you get LOSERS. I wonder who did she cry to, to get her out of Jail. She's nother but a winer, she thinks she tough but she's not, she's a useless piece of flesh,

There will always be addicts, sick people. Worse yet, there will always be insecure people with low self esteem who feel superior by putting them down.To quote one, George Hill : ..."useless piece of flesh,:... You think sick addicts are bad? Life is hard being a addict
Not all addicts are bad. But there are those that have no care about the sever damage they do to others. Tara was one of the people that was fortunate to have insurance
She went for years to wausau health services. People that go there. Must go to different groups
They teach you many things

Tara had told them she couldn't do these groups because she worked. Which she didn't
Tara is one of those addicts that don't care what they do to others in order to get what she wants
She's blamed one person after another for the things she does
Most addicts accept responsibility for the things they do

Unfortunately I know exactly what you are talking about. I have a member of my family who is a huge drunk and drug user and blames everybody else for all the things they have done. I tried to be helpful to this person but they do not care to have any help. Feel your frustration, disgust and pain!

Embarrassment is mild. She uses people to benefit herself. Lets trace back her mother had how many men in her life???? It sounds to me the apple don't fall to far from the tree. When she took out title loans she wanted other people to pay for them What the hell did she do with the money oh wait drugs. I hope she gets sent away for a very long time. They let her off so many times she needs to learn. Here's a tip for her you do the crime you do the time.

Little ironic how this sites administrator allows people to say anything they want about other people, mostly all negative but there are some that stand up to the ones being bashed. This is supposed to be a site for information I thought. But then when something gets said about this website, if its bad it never gets posted. Weird

Well sounds like she has earned this bashing fair and square. If someone does not want others to talk bad about them and wish you all that is bad to come your way, you live a decent life and do not treat others the way she has. It is only human nature that those she has done terrible things to would feel this way.
