Follow up on order shipping and delivery commitments and apprise customers of delivery dates, and delays. Win new filtration media accounts. Promote and maintain excellent aftermarket customer relationships and goodwill. Maintain proper inventory levels of filtration media. Advise Sales Department and Outside Sales Reps of any serious customer problems and assist in the resolution of these problems. Calculate selling prices under the direction of the Controller and Sales Manager.
