SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) -- Luis Cessa allowed just three hits over five innings, leading the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders over the Rochester Red Wings in a 2-1 win on Saturday.

ROME, Ga. (AP) -- Alejandro Salazar scored the winning run on a wild pitch with one out in the ninth inning, as the Rome Braves defeated the Hickory Crawdads 7-6 on Saturday.
