Senate votes to suspend Dayton administration pay increases

The Minnesota Senate voted overwhelmingly Thursday to roll back salary increases for Gov. Mark Dayton's commissioners and freeze their pay until July, a move by majority Democratic senators to shield themselves from political trouble over an issue consuming the Capitol and stirring public frustration with government.

Walker opens door to extending UW tuition freeze
