A teen with a diminished mental capacity is missing in Juneau County, officials said Tuesday.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is hoping someone will be able to identify a man believed to be the victim of a 37-year-old cold case homicide now that they have a computer generated reconstruction of how he may have looked.
