A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Florence County man. Gerald T. Noeske, 76, was last seen Sunday at 11 a.m. in his truck. Officials said Noeske has gone missing before and was later found at a truck stop in Belgium, Wisconsin. Noeske is a retired truck driver.
