A WIND CHILL ADVISORY has been issued for about the northwest half of Wisconsin Monday morning from 3 a.m. to 10 a.m. for wind chills of -10 to -25 degrees.  Please dress appropriately to avoid frostbite.  Luckily the cold spell will be brief with improvement with a few days.   It also looks like mainly dry weather this week.
