(AP) -- A malpractice case for a Minnesota woman who died after receiving a transplant of a cancerous pancreas may be headed for a trial.The Minnesota Court of Appeals this week ruled the case against Dr. Ty Dunn should head to court in the death of Jodie Shierts, 36. (AP) -- A 625-pound western Michigan man who said he was too large to go to court for a fake bomb threat case has been arrested for driving on a suspended license.Defense attorney Damian Nunzio tells The Grand Rapids Press that police stopped 44-year-old Jeffery Klein on New Year's Day.Klein later pleaded guilty via video from jail to making a 2012 bomb threat to a mobile home park.
