MARSHFIELD, Wis. (AP) -- Flags are flying at half-staff at state buildings and military installations to honor a Wisconsin Air National Guard member who died in a fatal fall in Japan. A funeral service will be held Wednesday in Marshfield for Airman 1stt Class Kelly Tomfohrde.
