New photos show Officer Chris Manney the day of the Red Arrow Park Shooting

The Wisconsin Department of Justice has released additional photos of Officer Christopher Manney taken the day he shot and killed Dontre Hamilton in Red Arrow Park. The photos were taken shortly after the shooting and "document his injuries," according to the DOJ.
