Laconia, NFDL at Lourdes Invitational: With all five of its scoring runners finishing in the top 38 out of 90, the Laconia boys finished third out of 15 teams in Oshkosh.

WLA at Lakeside Lutheran Invite: The Vikings went 0-5 on the day with several close matches. Seven of their 12 total sets played were decided by five points or less.

CWC Invitational: The Crusaders hosted eight teams, going 3-1 and winning the tournament's Silver Bracket while Kenosha Christian took the Gold Bracket.

UW-Oshkosh Invitational: After going 3-0 in pool play Friday, the Waupun volleyball team went 2-2 Saturday to finish fourth out of 36 teams at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational.

Green Bay East Invite: The Cardinals went 3-0 Saturday, defeating Green Bay East, Sturgeon Bay and Shawano to be crowned champions.

Both the St. Mary's Springs and Laconia football teams had this game marked on their calendar ever since the Ledgers' win over the Spartans at this exact time last year.

St. Mary Central 1, WLA 0: The Zephyr's got the best of the Vikings in a physical game, getting a goal in the 44th minute in the nonconfrence matchup.

Fond du Lac at Fort Atkinson Invite: The Cardinals placed seventh out of nine varsity teams, finishing in the top six in four different events.

Fond du Lac at Janesville Craig Invite: Junior Megan Buechel and sophomore Annie Moore placed 31st and 34th, leading the Fond du Lac girls cross country team to finish 23rd out of 33 teams in Janesville.

Heading into the game, Winnebago Lutheran Academy head coach Bill Heinkel knew that facing Mayville would be a big task because of its size and ability to run the football.

Oshkosh North 42, Fond du Lac 14: Kyle Pierce's 11-yard touchdowns run knotted the game at 7 in the first quarter, but the Cardinals couldn't overcome four turnovers in the loss to the 10th-ranked Spartans.

Plymouth 56, Waupun 7: The Warriors struggled on all cylinders as the Panthers rolled in a Eastern Wisconsin Conference matchup game played in Waupun.

Badger Invitational: A strong second half saw the CWC score twice to rally and force overtime vs. Big Foot, which won on penalty kicks 4-2 and gave the Crusaders a loss on day one.

UW-Oshkosh Invitational: The Waupun volleyball team went 3-0 in pool play at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational Friday, putting it in the gold bracket for Saturday's tournament.
