Langlade County criminal court activity 07.10.2015

Tara M. Bailey, 41, of Seventh Avenue received jail sentences during a probation revocation hearing. She was ordered to serve nine months in jail for felony bail jumping, possessing hazardous substance with the intent to abuse (bath salts) and possession of drug paraphernalia. A nine month term was also ordered for theft by written lease, that runs concurrent. A consecutive six month term was ordered for a disorderly conduct domestic abuse repeater conviction. A concurrent six month term was ordered for criminal trespass to dwelling.

Christopher M. Oshkeshequoam, 27, of Neva Road was sentenced to one year probation for resisting or obstructing an officer. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

Jordan M. Guynes, 21, of Plattsburg Street, received a one year probation for possession of THC. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

James L. Hoeppner, 26, of Arctic Street was sentenced to a seven month jail term with credit for 65 days for a disorderly conduct repeater conviction during a probation revocation hearing. A two year probation term was ordered for possessing THC as a repeater and resisting or obstructing an officer as a repeater.

Carla J. Bessert, 33, of Lincoln Street received a $1,500 signature bond for a charge of child abuse intentionally causing harm.



New charges filed today:

Rodney A. Ingalls, 53, of Milton Street is charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. His next court appearance is scheduled for July 13.
