Langlade County criminal court activity 07.08.2015.

Kassandra J. Declark, 32, of Morse Street received a $1,000 signature bond for a disorderly conduct charge. Her next court appearance is set for August 26.

Julie M. Yerken, 39, of Fred Street was sentenced to two years probation for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and neglecting a child. One charge was amended from possession of drug paraphernalia for methamphetamine. A charge of first degree recklessly endangering safety was dismissed.

Laurie A. Hoernke, 53, and Terry L. Hoernke, 44, of Second Avenue were fined $50 plus costs for amended charges of disorderly conduct.

Daniel J. Pregler, 58, of Old 26 Road failed to appear in court for a charge of theft by false representation. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Tyler M. Cable, 29, of Wausau, was sentenced to six months jail during a probation revocation hearing. He will receive credit for 73 days of time served. He was convicted of criminal damage to property and receiving or concealing stolen property. A deferred judgment was revoked for burglary armed with dangerous weapon. An 18 month probation term was ordered on that count. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay court costs.

Ryan M. Jones, 17, of Aniwa was fined $100 plus costs for possessing drug paraphernalia.



New charges filed today:

Ward A. Samuelson, 30, of Crandon, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse repeater. The incident happened on July 5. An initial appearance is scheduled for August 10.

Jacob J. Ramer, 30, of Bryant, is charged with reckless driving causing bodily harm. The incident occurred on June 19. An initial appearance is scheduled on July 21.
